Inside Sales Representative
Inside sales reps use the latest technology including email, telephone and internet marketing on a daily basis. This is a fast paced department where quality is more important that quantity. Sales reps use the latest CRM technology to manage daily activities. Senior Level sales requires five years of inside sales. Health Record or Practice Management is not required but highly preferred.
Sr. Product Implentation Specialist
Our Implementation team works closely with each new user with setup of their system based on the specialty and practice needs. Training is done via remote screen sharing and the telephone. Specialists work with users on Go-Live and maintain the relationship on an ongoing basis. Five years of Health Records or Practice Management training is required.
Sr. Software Developer
Candidates need to have 10+ years of recent experience as a full-stack developer with back-end and middle-layer web application development. Experience with SQL Server query design, development in MS-SQL databases and extensive experience with API development. Use of C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework are all required as well as code management tools. All candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science (or equivalent). Any experience in EHR/EMR or Practice Management is a plus.
Sr. Customer Service and Support Agent
Support works closely with users on a daily basis as calls, emails and chats are received by the department. Support agents use the latest technology to communicate with customers including remote screen sharing and the telephone. Two years of Health Records or Practice Management experience is required.
