Success Coaching and Training
Something for Everyone
From providers to front office and back office administrators, our flexible training options are designed to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and usability of ChartPerfect.
New User Training
New users will learn how to navigate the ChartPerfect interface to successfully access patient visits from intake to check-out, in the most optimal and efficient way they learn. The main goals of the course are to ensure each staff member is familiar with the operation and functionality of ChartPerfect and to instill best practices from day one.
End-User Training
Training can be more effective when it is organized according to the roles and responsibilities of your staff. Our End-User Training sessions are tailored to specific EHR functions and workflows to ensure your staff are familiar with material related to their daily duties.
Super User Training
Super users are valuable staff members who can assist staff with ongoing training and support and help with new staff member onboarding. Once trained, these in-house trainers will be the go-to team for EHR questions and will act as a liaison between the implementation team and the end users. Our Super User Training course will prepare your team of selected key employees for any training needs, whether it be ongoing assistance, the addition of new modules or upgrades.
