ONC 2015 Edition Certification
This Health IT Module is 2015 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC Accredited Certifying Body (“ONC-ACB”) in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
ChartPerfect, Inc. (“CPI”) agrees to notify Drummond Group of any and all future changes to our transparency and disclosures language for this certified product-version.
CPI understands and agrees that the ONC Health IT Certification Program Final Rule statement gives Drummond Group, as an ONC-ACB, the sole responsibility for ensuring compliance and determining appropriate consequences if EHR technology developers fail to divulge accurate transparency and disclosures information.
CPI understands and agrees that we will provide to Drummond Group copies of or give access to any and all websites, marketing materials, communication statements, and other assertions made by your organization regarding the ONC certification status of this product in a reasonable time to ensure the transparency and disclosures information is being accurately disclosed.

Allows for the recording of actions, audit log status, and encryption status of electronic health information. Audit log actions cannot be overwritten, changed, or deleted by the technology, and the technology can detect when audit logs have been altered.

costs to support transmission of Protected Health Information (“PHI”) through the MD Portal
Lab and Diagnostic Interfaces
This certified product-version requires a one-time cost as well as ongoing monthly or yearly costs to establish and maintain interfaces setup with diagnostic facilities such as hospitals, labs or radiology facilities.
Training and Onboarding
All training and on-boarding of the Additional Items listed above are handled by ChartPerfect, Inc. (“ChartPerfect”).
Technical and Practical Limitations:
Our software is cloud-based, and users will be required to satisfy the following requirements to use our system effectively:
- Supported Operating Systems: Windows 10 or Apple OSX or later
- Internet Connection: High speed / Broadband 10mb up and 10mb down minimum
- Display: 1280 x 1024 minimum
- CD or DVD Drive: Not required
- Supported Browsers: Chrome v91.0 and above.
About ONC Certification
The ONC Certified HIT Technology program tests and certifies that Health IT technology is capable of meeting the 2015 Edition criteria approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). The certifications include Complete EHRs, which meet all of the 2015 Edition criteria for either eligible provider or hospital technology and EHR Modules, which meet one or more — but not all — of the criteria.
