Software Developer - Sr Level

Our developers work together using the latest Microsoft stack for web application development and security management. We use the latest tools and the latest techniques to stay on the leading edge of technology. Positions are on-site and can be full-time or part-time. Five years of experience in either Full-Stack, Front or Back End development is required.

Product Implementation Specialists - Sr Level

Our Implementation team works closely with each new user with setup of their system based on the specialty and practice needs. Training is done via remote screen sharing and the telephone. Specialists work with users on Go-Live and maintain the relationship on an ongoing basis. Five years of Health Records or Practice Management training is required.

Customer Service and Support Agent - Sr Level

Support works closely with users on a daily basis as calls, emails and chats are received by the department. Support agents use the latest technology to communicate with customers including remote screen sharing and the telephone. Two years of Health Records or Practice Management experience is required.

Inside Sales Representative - Jr Level / Sr Level

Inside sales reps use the latest technology including email, telephone and internet marketing on a daily basis. This is a fast paced department where quality is more important that quantity. Sales reps use the latest CRM technology to manage daily activities. Jr level sales requires 1 year of inside sales experience. Sr Level sales requires 5 years of inside sales. Health Record or Practice Management is not required but highly preferred.
