Electronic Health Information (EHI) Export
ChartPerfect EHR supports single patient and population exports. The export may be performed by authorized end users without developer assistance. Self-guided single patient export is available at no charge.
Authorized users can access this feature through the “New” button on the toolbar in the “Continuity Care Data” EMR folder. Within this folder, users can generate a CCD and use checkboxes next to each exportable item to filter the data in the export. Clicking the “New” button initiates the export of a CCD in XML format for the selected patient into a zip folder. To transmit the EHI, users can choose the transmit type option from the menu and then choose a destination or recipient for EHI delivery via SMTP or Direct Secure Messaging.
